Written and directed by a guy who cut his teeth on talk shows like Craig Kilborne and Carson Daley, populated by pneumatic and under-talented young’uns we’ll probably never hear from again, it is still irresistible in its sheer idiocy: a group of teens partying at a riverside cabin (of course) are assaulted by a hoard of homicidal beavers who simply will not die, and hunger for human flesh. How bad could it be? It’s from some of the same producers who brought us Cabin Fever, The RIng and that horror classic American Pie (?).

Yeah, that’s how bad it could be.
