Cooties, a half-funny, half-horrifying zombie flick, made a big splash at last year’s Sundance Film Festival. Now, with a new ending, bits and pieces (mostly bloody bits and pieces) are leaking out, including this rather wonderful fight between a recently deceased 11-year-old (we’re guessing) and a former hobbit.
This looks like a winner. You’ve got Rainn Wilson of Super!, The Office, and the competely overlooked and wonderful Backstrom, Alison Pill of The Newsroom, the aforementioned Middle Earther Elijah Woodand the always odd Jack McBrayer of 30 Rock, who has the best awful line in this clip.
We’ll finally see it in bloody toto come September ’15. One thing for sure: it’s gonna be weird.
