There are lots of good web sites for “our” kind of stuff out there (and a lot more awful, redundant, and just bad ones), but here’s one we just found worth mentioning: Pajiba.com
“”Sweetened by Mock, Lightened by Droll” is this pop-cults slug line, and they live up to it, with a special emphasis on — and we quote “Mad Men, Game of Thrones, Hannibal, Mindhole Blowers, and Netflix.” So what’s not to like. And one of their current pieces from @RebeccaPahle, is a classic: An Open Letter to the Kid Sitting in Front of Me Who was Scarred for Life by How to Train Your Dragon 2.” Read it. Live it.
Dustin Rowles of Portland, Maine and Managing Editor TK of Beantown, USA, along with a talented bunch of contributors and techfolk, have together a smart, attractive and just a little addictive site that we’re glad we ran across. They even have a super-cool podcast — no, seriously, it’s actually listen-able! — called The Station Agent.
